  • Price for a half of beef is $3.30/lb of hanging weight Hanging weight refers to the carcass weight before fat and bone have been trimmed away. Hanging weight on our beef is usually about 250 - 280 lbs. Yield of actual packaged beef depends on how the carcass is cut but is usually between 62 and 67% of hanging weight. .  Delivery charges may apply.
